Signup forms let visitors join your audience directly. Each form can add subscribers to the segments you choose.
Create a form
- Open Forms and create a new form.
- Choose which segments new subscribers join, and which fields to collect.
- Customize the appearance to match your site.
Embed it
Copy the generated embed code and paste it into your website, or link to the hosted form page. You can restrict where the form is allowed to run with an origin allowlist.
Protect against spam
Forms support a built-in challenge (ALTCHA) and optional double opt-in, where new subscribers confirm by email before they are added. Submissions are rate limited, and form payloads are stored only as hashed evidence, never as raw request data.
Double opt-in
With double opt-in enabled, a confirmation email is sent and the contact is added only after they confirm. This improves list quality and deliverability.
