Why send from your own mailbox?
Last updated June 30, 2026
Most newsletter tools send from a shared marketing IP address that many customers share. SimpleNewsletter365 is different: your newsletter is delivered through your own Microsoft 365 mailbox, using Microsoft Graph, from your real address and domain.
Why this matters
- Your domain already has a reputation. Recipients and inbox providers recognize and trust the address you email from every day. That trust carries over to your newsletters.
- No shared-IP risk. On shared marketing platforms, another customer’s bad sending can affect your deliverability. Here, your sending stands on your own domain.
- You are the sender. Replies come back to you, and your authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) applies as it normally does.
Does this work on the free plan?
Yes. Sending from your own mailbox is available on every plan, including Free.
What is the trade-off?
Your mailbox has Microsoft service limits, so very large sends are paced over time rather than blasted at once. See Sending limits and pacing.
