Sent from your own mailbox
Newsletters go out from your real work address through Microsoft Graph, not from a shared sending pool. Inboxes treat them like the everyday email they already get from you.
- On every plan, including Free.
- Every email is saved to the sender's Sent Items (or the sent-copy location you choose for a shared mailbox), so your Microsoft 365 retention, litigation hold, eDiscovery, and DLP rules apply to it as they do to other email.
- Sign-in asks for identity only. Mailbox permission is requested at your first send, so you know why a Microsoft consent screen appears.
- Growth and Scale can also send from a shared mailbox or an alias.

Big sends, paced in plain sight
Microsoft limits how much a mailbox can send in a day. SimpleNewsletter365 sends one recipient at a time, slows down when Microsoft asks it to, and shows you exactly where a send stands.
- One email per minute by default. You can change the delay for each send.
- You see how many are sent, how many remain, and when a slowed-down send resumes.
- You can pause a send by hand and resume it later.
- Sends can wait for a time window you set, such as weekdays during business hours in your time zone.
- The monthly allowance is checked before a send starts. If a send would go over, you get a prompt to upgrade, never a surprise charge. One send can reach up to 10,000 recipients.
Your audience, straight from Microsoft 365
Bring contacts from the tools you already keep them in. Contacts are unlimited on every plan, so you pay for the emails you send, never for the size of your list.
- Import from Outlook contacts, Microsoft Bookings customers, and files in OneDrive. Microsoft asks for the contact, file, and Bookings permissions together, the first time you import from one of them.
- Upload a CSV or Excel file using our template, which includes your custom fields.
- Send to a Microsoft 365 group or distribution list on Growth and up. The member list is refreshed when you pick the group and when you send.
- Group contacts into segments for targeted sends. Every import, signup, and unsubscribe is kept in the contact's history.
Signups and unsubscribes that look after themselves
Add a hosted signup form to your website and new contacts join the segments you choose. Every newsletter footer carries an unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are checked for every recipient as the send runs.
- Signup forms are on every plan, with optional double opt-in, a bot challenge, rate limits, and a list of the sites the form may run on.
- Opt-outs take effect at once, even for a send already in progress, and survive a later re-import.
- Readers can leave one list instead of all of them. On Starter and up, the unsubscribe page can run on your own domain with your wording, and the confirmation email can be customized.
- Each signup and unsubscribe is kept as permanent subscriber history.
Branded links, and the numbers to prove it
Every send has a report that fills in as results arrive. Add a custom domain and your links, short URLs, and public archive carry your name instead of ours.
- Sent, bounced (hard and soft), and skipped for every send. On every plan, including Free.
- Bounces are picked up from the sending mailbox's non-delivery reports, so the numbers follow what really happened.
- Click tracking with clicks per link, branded short links, and a public newsletter archive on your domain. Starter and up.
- Open any sent newsletter to see it as it was sent. Full recipient addresses are shown only to people who can manage contacts; others see a hint.
Write it yourself, or ask your AI assistant
Compose in a block editor with personalization tags, preview, and a test send to yourself. Or connect the assistant you already use: it drafts, schedules, and reads reports, and you approve every live send in the app.
- Text, image, button, and column blocks, plus themes and a gallery of built-in templates to start from.
- Works with any assistant that supports connected tools (MCP), on every plan.

Growth includes up to 3 team members, Scale has no seat limit. Teammates are invited by email and can work on the same newsletters. Free and Starter are single-user plans.
Stored in the EU or the US, you choose
Your organization picks once, at sign-up: EU (West Europe) or US (Central US). Contacts, newsletters, and activity stay there and cannot be moved later. Billing data is the exception: it is handled by the merchant of record.
Your Microsoft sign-in, no new passwords
Sign-in asks for identity only. Mailbox, import, and group permissions are requested when you first use them, and Microsoft tokens stay on our servers. We do not ask for application permissions in your tenant. The permissions page lists each one.
Everything here is self service: there is nothing to book. Requires a Microsoft 365 business subscription with a mailbox; personal Microsoft accounts are not supported. For plans and prices, see the pricing page
