Refund Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026
Purchases are sold through Link
Paid plans are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. You see “Sold through
Link” at checkout. Link, LLC is the merchant of record for all our orders: it
collects payment, charges applicable taxes, sends receipts and invoices, and
handles returns and refunds. The charge appears on your card statement as
LINK.COM* followed by a descriptor.
Link’s refund policy applies
Refunds are decided and issued by Link under its refund policy for purchases sold through Link. Read it here: Link refund policy. For purchase support, use the receipt you received from Link or the Link support site.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Canceling
You can cancel at any time in the app, under Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal where plan changes, invoices and cancellation are handled. Cancellation stops the next charge, and your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
Conditions
Refunds are not available for accounts that we have suspended or terminated, or whose access we withheld or reversed, because of a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service, or for accounts used unlawfully.
Questions about a refund

Your rights by law
Statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, are set out in the buyer terms of our merchant of record, Link, LLC (Link’s terms). Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory law.
