At a glance
- Customer data
- Your contacts, newsletters and send reports. Newsletters go out from your own Microsoft 365 mailbox, never from a shared sending pool.
- Data we store
- Account and tenant records, audiences, newsletters and delivery reports. Microsoft tokens stay on our servers and are encrypted. We do not log email content or recipient lists.
- Hosting and regions
- Microsoft Azure. Each organization chooses EU (West Europe) or US (Central US) once; customer content stays there. A small global directory in West Europe holds routing keys only. Billing data may leave the region.
- Assurance
- A Data Processing Addendum, a public subprocessor list and the controls described in the security overview.
